WHO WE ARE

DURABLE INCOME, DIVERSIFIED RISK, AND ACTIVE OWNERSHIP.

JAL Strategies invests in retail real estate with a clear priority: protect capital first and grow it steadily over time. We favor strong in-place income, disciplined underwriting, and hands-on ownership.

We target retail shopping centers in high-quality submarkets, primarily in Texas and the Southeast, centers home to tenants that serve everyday routines and needs.
